My name is Rosie Venter, I am 14 years old.
I was born in Mossel Bay and living here since. My love for modeling started at the age of 3 years old. It has evolved in both a hobby and deepest passion. I participated in numerous pageants. While I am known for my “girly” and pageant oriented image, I possess a hidden talent .. the ability to excel in straight faced runway modeling as well.
Beyond the glamorous spotlight I am a girly girl with a humble heart and a love for getting my hands dirty.
I am also part of Mossel Bay community soup drive, where I am an volunteer. We provide food for those in need every Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
When it comes to photographers, I love working with Andrew Basson photography as he makes me feel comfortable and confident through out our photo sessions. We also have a lot of fun and laughter so even if it is a 2 hour photoshoot it feels like 5minutes because time fly’s when you are having fun!!
My biggest dream is to become miss South Africa someday and also Miss Universe.
I also have a passion for acting. I was seen in the movie “hart in die bos”, I also completed a year acting course with the actor Vilje Maritz as well as the actross Desre Gardner where we were on a kyknet program called “Toneel Speel”.
I also have my own program on bakgat tv called #tiener wees met Rosie, where I talk about teenagers and their problems today.
My motto in life is ALWAYS DO YOUR BEST AND JESUS DO THE REST.
